Used as a RM in a 442, Get in behind, cut inside, get into box for crosses.

can blitz past any player without an issue, lean body type makes him very responsive in game.

Shooting on the whole has been very effective, right footed power across goal.

Used a deadeye to improve passing and shooting which i feel has been very effective

At this current moment he is only 30k. YES, only 30k. This man is fast, he can turn, and he is always open, I don't know how he does it. Don't use finess shot with him, just shoot it and he will score. I used dead eye with him and he scored the most absurd goals ever, even with no angle he was able to bang it past the keeper. He will most likely get an upgrade, so his card will be the new Diatta from last year. BUY HIM NOW

I had some coins left so i thought i might upgrade a wing on my Team. I looked for options and this Diatta is right in a middle Price range, so i though i might just give him a try.

So lets start with the good: He is very fast, he makes great runs and when you are not sprinting his agility and dribbling feels great. He doesnt feel very Strong, but doesnt get bullied off the ball easily by fullbacks, so i think thats great for a winger.

Now to the problem i have with him: Shooting; whenever hes alone in front of the goalie he just cant find the net; honestly its ridicolous how bad his finishing is. I would guess its to make him less overpowered in game. Combined with another problem on his shooting, that being that he cant finesse shoot at all, it makes him one of the most frustrating cards ive played.

He gets open and makes great runs from deep balls, but cant finish the job once he gets in front of goal.

Ultimately my last con is his price; not bcs its to high, but bcs of how cheap other cards are in comparison. I played Rafa (Liga NOS) and Gelson there before him; Rafa feels way slower and doesnt make good runs that often, but his finishing is way better. And he is 750 coins; Gelson feels almost as fast as Diatta and the finishing is about the same (maybe Gelson is even better), and he is only like 800 as well. So i would rather take Rafa or Gelson for 800 than Diatta for 35.000 coins.

When I first saw this RTTK card, he looked like a great replacement for the rare gold Di Maria I had been using. I was far too poor to afford anything else at the time, and the card looked like it would really nullify any opponents LB. I've been using Diatta with a deadeye chemistry style, because the majority of his other stats are already insane. So, here's how I used him.

Since Fifa 21, I've enjoyed having my wingers try make runs in behind, and this Fifa I've been doing the same. Diatta and whatever LW I end up using are always capable of getting past the back line (especially on the counter attack) and playing world class crosses into eachother, only to be met with a sublime finish. The keeper is almost helpless in scenarios like these, and whatever 82 pace CB with a shadow makes an effort, normally fails to mark Diatta due to him already having put the ball in the net and sprinting into row Z.

He's not exactly the greatest in 1v1 situations, but he'll never fail to pick out a run in from the edge of the box. Even when he's not performing too well, Diatta always feels determined to make an impact on the game regardless of the situation. I have enjoyed my time with him, and if he is to be upgraded then I'll no doubt stick with him in future games.
