Better than Flashback CR7 at least

I, like many of you, was hoping to get this Mbappe out of the player pack as it was likely my best shot of getting him until TOTY. Imagine my joy when he popped out on my screen, and then the horror when I realized he was a striker and 4*3*. Gone were my dreams of a Benz-Fekir-Mbappe trio of dreams, but alas I still tried him in my Champs qualifying squad, popping him at LF/LW ingame. I did not put any chemstyle on him as I wanted to see where he was lacking (and boy does he lack), but I think if you want to get anything out of him you really need to keep him on the wing.

I am speed - He is fast. Point blank, even with "just" 90 PAC he was burning Mendy and Kimpembe all game. The acceleration is felt dramatically, he goes from 0-100 faster than KSI at a headband emporium.
Unique body type - This is the main thing that'll stand out. Being Mbappe, he those unique animations that only he can get away with and I imagine my opponent wasn't too please after failing 3 tackles in a row against him for the cutback goal.
Shooting - This isn't really a pro, more of a pleasant surprise. I expected him to miss shots worse than stormtroopers, but on his stronger foot he was pretty deadly. For the most part, he finished everything I would expect, but he's not going to give you those game-changing, rabbit out of a hat goals that may be the difference in a game.

Strength & Balance - Holy **** he is weak. His pace hides this at times, but when your in/around the box trying to work your way in, he plays like he weighs 60 kilos soaking wet, which combined with poor balance means you may as well just give the ball back to your opponent.
3* WF/4* Skills - The big one. Unless you want to learn the definition of insanity, don't try and use his left foot, it's about as useful as the guy from Forrest Gump's legs. 4* skills in a vacuum isn't bad, but combined with his weakness on the ball, it's a pain trying to maneuverer in close areas.
Passing - I put him on the wing to hide what I assumed would be poor shooting, but a negative of this was I got almost no service from the wing. Maybe he'd be better on the right where he can better use his stronger foot, but his build up play often slowed down the tempo or gave away possession.

TL;DR - Wish I got Hernandez, just buy Dembele
