Where do I start? I use him ingame as a striker with Benzema flashback and both together are just deadly. Just as an info, I play in the elite division. His movement and positioning are really good and his finishing thanks to the 5* WF is practically unstoppable. Whenever you're in the box with him the opponent is in danger and thanks to his finesse shot trait you can also bang them from outside the box with ease. His H/L work rates make the perfect rates for a striker and you feel it, thanks EA for this upgrade. One thing which was also quite good surprisingly is his long passing. He's definitely a top 5 striker in the game atm.
My first review here on futbin, and I think Martial is the perfect player to write a first review on. He was brought into the club to have some fun in champs qualifying, and to perhaps turn out as my favoured striker after a lot of rotation of forwards. After 10 games he ended up with 8 goals and 4 assists, leading me to a 9-1 record, my best by far throughout this whole Fifa. Yet I still don't know if he was the catalyst for this immense form, he was hust such a difficult player to understand. However, I will try to explain this perplexing card in this review, and trough the process maybe understand him myself.
His attacking positioning is exceptional. Always on the correct side of the defenders, and never offside. His runs were great, however he didn't seem to outpace defenders in the way I had anticipated, so don't expect Vinicius type pace here. But back to the positioning, if you get the ball to him around the box, he is almost always positioned to take a quick shot, which makes him gamechanging in slow games. With the now unpredictable gameplay, a predictably great positioning from him wins you games.
When it comes to shooting, he is impeccable. Get him in the box and fire away - they all go in. Outside the box he seemed like a woodwork magnet, but this resulted in some good rebounds for teammates so it is what it is. Both feet works like a charm, and angles which are usually hard to score from is not a problem from Martial. Even orange timed shots went in with him, truly a finishing master.
Passing was quite simply alright. Consistent but uninspired. Easy passes always hit their target, but don't expect any Xavi-esq through balls.
Physicality was great, bullied lower rated players like Kimpembe and Kounde. Might not seem impressive, but you face these two in about 90 percent of the games you play, so it is a great quality to have.
Considering all this praise, how come I don't rate him 5/5 stars? Well it comes down to the "it" factor. He is not as ever-present as a player like Di Natale, who still has to be my favourite striker this year so far. His ability to pop up once or twice a game to change the momentum is monumental, but personally I prefer the ever-presence of such a player, giving the feeling of lasting control over the game and the possibility of always being a danger. Martial never gave me that feeling, and therefore he does not get top score, which is bummer - it was oh so close.

I sold my mid dalglish to bought this card, at first i thought i had done wrong, but after a few games I found out how good this man was. I tried it as a ST in a 4321 with 8 of chemistry, and i think is a perfect striker for everyone who uses this formation. I use it in a few rivals matches and fut champs and it left me surprised. In this type of formation, I think you need an agile and big striker, and this man does the perfect function. Absolutely recommendable for all the people who are searching someone to fill his team
4* and 5*
Really good finishing
Good dribbling and passing

nothing very important tbh
Forget about Eusebio, Ben Yedder and Neymar.
THIS is the BEST 4* / 5* player in the entire Game.
I'm in the Elite division, former Gold 1.
I don't have these kind of numbers (goal contributions) with any other player on the Game, not even Mbappe or Puskas | 90 Games | 98 Goals | 46 Assists
In context, this FIFA its also harder for me to score even from the good angles.
I used him as the CF in a 4-3-3 (5) with 92 Puskas LW, and 91 Mbappe RW - Fekir and Aouar as balanced Centre Mids and SD Darmian as Lone Anchor. Best team yet.
No instructions besides aggressive interceptions on the front-three. Playing a High line since the new patch with 74 depth and Pressure on Heavy touch and slow build up/Posession.
You know when it's Half Time and the "Attempts: 4 - Goals 3" cut scenes comes up? Martial seems to just have insane convertion rate, always being around 65% +
He is for me very special. Might be my playstyle, but still ... just very surprised given the state of Finishing on this game.
-Finishing on both feet
-Passing on both feet
-First Touch
-Acceleration
-The body type feels extremely agile given his height, like a sleight overweight Mbappe
-Left stick dribbling is very sharp (on Hawk)
-Timed finesse shots
-Physichal
-Some kind of extra boost/pressence
-Nope, I'm not a 5* skiller
