Probably you are here for two main questions: can he play as CDM? Is he better than Cuadrado?

Yes, he can play as CDM, even as CM, maybe in 41212 or 442. I suggest to use POWERHOUSE as chem style. Great speed, very great passing, great defense, but he has not enough physicality to play CDM alone in 41212, but he is perfect with somebody like kessie in a 442 or 4231.

But I used Florenzi mainly as RB, and so let's answer the second question: NO he is not better than CUADRADO, he is DIFFERENT. Cuadrado is faster, absolutely the best if you want to counter attack with your Full back. Florenzi is simply more complete. He is very fast, I suggest SHADOW of course, he defends better than cuadrado. But the main pros of this card are shooting and passing, absolutely great for a full back: 85 VISION, 81 LONG PASS, perfect for a counter attack, 87 SHORT PASS, needed when you are winning and you opponent plays with pressing. 86 SHOT POWER, 85 LONG SHOTS, 89 VOLLEYS, perfect shooting out of the box after a corner, even for take another corner instead of a counter attack. Last but not least, 91 STAMINA, so he runs even in extra times, and 80 PENALTIES, he could be a choise for your penalties after extra time in WL.
