Let's talk about Ruben Dias TOTY! (if you like the review, give me some support and your opinion on my IG please: scandola_FUT)

It's time for the dream promo for any FUT player: The team of the year!! Without a doubt, this is the event with the most interesting and expensive cards of the FIFA 22 opus. In view of my budget and the very high price of some TOTYs, I leaned towards buying and testing the beautiful card of Ruben Dias TOTY. The increasing statistics are impressive compared to the base card: +26 pace, +12 shooting, +19 passing, +13 dribbling, +9 defending, +8 physicality and +390 overall! Ruben the Conquistador joined my club as central defender alongside regular Varane in a 4-1-2-1-2 for my 10 Play-Offs games (7V-3D).

Regarding its main strengths, they are so numerous that it is difficult to highlight some more than others. First of all, on the pitch, he is a real sentinel that leaves literally no space. These outstanding abilities in defense and in physicality are clearly felt during the gameplay. Rare are the attackers who escape its marking. He wins all the aerial duels, all the shoulder-to-shoulder duels and his placement is always perfect. Then his passing ability is shocking and so nice for a defender. He didn't miss any passes with both feet (4 stars W.F. !!!!) except maybe when I thought I could launch my attackers deep from my penalty area. Finally, his pace is lunar for a defender. He never gets caught up in speed and catches up more than 10 meters behind 95% of the attackers in the game.

Regarding its weaknesses, it is very difficult to find any in this kind of dream card. If I have to be a little harsh, I would say that its weak point is its agility and its ability to turn which is sometimes a bit "slow" for a TOTY card. But really, this problem is very little felt.

In conclusion, it's a pleasure to play with a TOTY. I wish you all to have this opportunity. The Ruben Dias TOTY card is strongly recommended for a team already well supplied in attack or for small budgets wishing to test TOTYs (about 1.1 M).

What a card, really strong. I had the luck of packing him.

I use him with a shadow to boost his speed and he is a rock in mij defense. Very agressive, which is nice to see but sometimes a bit less would be good to. But 9/10 he gets the ball. He had defense al 99's with shadow! Also 99 short passing.

He bullies even the best icons and is very quick with shadow. My opponents even tried to attack from the other side to avoid Dias. I thinks that says it all.

Il est venu le temps de la promo de rêve pour tout joueur de FUT : La team of the year!! Sans aucun doute, c’est l’événement avec les cartes les plus intéressantes et les plus chères de l’opus FIFA 22. Au vue de mon budget et le prix très élevé de certains TOTY, j’ai penché pour acheter et tester la magnifique carte de Ruben Dias TOTY. L’augmentation des statistiques est impressionnante par rapport à la carte de base: +26 vitesse, +12 tir, +19 passe, +13 dribble, +9 défense, +8 physique et +390 au total ! Ruben le Conquistador a rejoint mon club au poste de défenseur central aux côtés de Varane regular dans un 4-1-2-1-2 pour mes 10 matchs de Play-Offs (7V-3D).

Concernant ses principales forces, elles sont tellement nombreuses qu’il est difficile d’en mettre certaines plus en évidence que d’autres. Tout d’abord, sur le terrain, c’est une véritable sentinelle qui ne laisse littéralement aucun espace. Ces capacités hors-du-commun en défense et en physique sont clairement ressenties dans le gameplay. Rare sont les attaquants qui échappent à son marquage. Il gagne tous les duels aériens, tous les duels à l’épaule et son placement est toujours irréprochable. Ensuite, sa capacité de passe est choquante et tellement agréable pour un défenseur. Il ne m’a loupé aucune passe des deux pieds (4 étoiles M.P. !!!!) sauf peut-être quand je croyais pouvoir lancer mes attaquants en profondeur depuis ma surface de réparation. Finalement, sa vitesse est lunaire pour un défenseur. Il ne se laisse jamais prendre de vitesse et rattrape un retard de plus de 10 m sur 95% des attaquants du jeu.

Concernant ses faiblesses, il est très difficile d’en trouver dans ce genre de carte de rêve. Si je dois être un peu sévère, je dirais que son point faible est son agilité et sa capacité à se tourner qui est parfois un peu « lente » pour une carte TOTY. Mais vraiment, ce problème est que très peu ressenti.

En conclusion, c’est un kiff de pouvoir jouer avec un TOTY. Je vous souhaite à tous d’avoir cette opportunité. La carte de Ruben Dias TOTY est fortement conseiller pour une team déjà bien fourni en attaque ou alors pour les petits budget souhaitant tester des TOTY (environ 1.1 M).

This guy is as much of a beast as it looks like. i have tried so many CB's and i am quite picky.

But this guy, will never leave my squad now. i packed Hakimi and Marquinos TOTY, so they are also in my squad, but i rather remove them to make space.

Than this 800k beast i bought.

He is very solid, and better than TOTY Marquinos, for sure. better than every CB in the game. (Haven't tried Prime Maldini or Varane Flashback, but i will rather play against them, than Ruben Dias)

When toty was out i packed him from a 100k pack. When I started using him i already realised how good he was.
