(First of all sorry for my bad english)

So i did the sbc 2 days ago and from playing only 15 games with him i can tell that he is an unstoppable strong defender. The thing that i got shocked by the most is how easliy he can just take down almost any attacker by simply clicking the interception button and that's mainly because of his very long legs. He is also very helpful in tight situations in the box where he can block almost every shot by just sticking his foot out man he is just so clutch... But the main and preety much only problem is that there is nearly zero chance that he will catch up to a ben yedder or any other striker with more than 90 pace (preety much every meta attacker has 90+ pace now) and that's why he needs a fast centre back besides him for the extra support i paired him with tots Dante and they were fantastic on the defence. Really reccomend this sbc it's very cheap too.

Finished his SBC about a day ago, pretty late into FIFA. Comparing to other Icon CB's he is nothing special but his main appeal is his value proposition. For a CB he does exactly what he advertises, he tackles, intercepts and wins the ball comfortably about 90% of the time which is more consistent than my TOTS Dias. His passing feels way better in game than the stats describe, he rarely puts in a poor pass and most of the time no matter the type of pass, it will land at your targets foot.

One thing I'd definitely recommend with him is don't give him too much time on the ball because you'll start noticing immediate problems. He feels slow, clunky and heavy with the ball at his feet, and with the ball at his feet he simply feels slow. However when attackers come to win the ball of him I found that he doesn't lose the ball easily because his physicality is honestly sensational. Without even putting tackles in he wins the ball and simply pushes attackers even with 99 strength off the ball with ease. Coupled with his defending this makes him a very difficult opponent to get by, and your only chance is to out pace him. I know I said above he is slow on the ball and he is, when off the ball he seems to catch up to high pace attackers quite comfortably to win the ball off them and I've found this very impressive. He is unbelievably tall as well meaning he can simply push players off the ball, and also his defensive heading is very good.

To conclude Blanc is stunning at winning the ball and making good challenges, but that's all he's good for so once you win the ball play a pass to a CM or winger and don't return to him until your opponents are on the attack. He is an unbelievably cheap SBC that will require little coins and little fodder. He is very good value and for that cheap a price in my opinion he was a very good buy and slotted right into my team and I've not looked back, a very nice card that I was happy to welcome to the squad.

A final thing I'd recommend if you're still contemplating getting him, do his loan SBC as I did. Put him into your team with a shadow chemistry style and then see how his defending feels. Then make your decision on whether you would like to complete the SBC or not.
