Terrible for me

Okay, first of all, i usually hate being so negative but he is just so awful for me, i'm currently div 2 and im forced to use him for chemistry and i'm honestly debating whether i should change half of my team just to replace him, he's pretty okay defensively, not great but not many complaints. The problem is that he's so awful on the ball, maybe im'm just not using him correctly but he cant pass, cant shoot, cant dribble, hes not even that quick, all i can do when he's on the ball is pass it off to the closest teammate but since i play pretty attacking full backs, that isnt always an option. Defensively, as i said, he's okay tbh. His physical is great, strength, stamina, jumping and heading too, is all perfect, his pace is alright, nothing special but could definitely be worse. His defensive awareness is one of his weakest aspects. Always out of position for some reason and when he is in position, it seems like its so easy to get past him, his tackles always bounce back to the opposition too but i think that happens with every defender anyway. I wish i could get Cuadrado i would recommend trying Dumfries if he helps for chemistry but dont be surprised if hes not good.
