Rip Legend

I was lucky enough to pack this goat of a card from a mid or prime icon PP I did and I have to say he is amazing. He is everything you want in a Striker, Cam or winger and excels in every position.

Shooting: 9.5/10 Maradona finishes almost every opportunity on his left foot and his shot power feels like 100. He basically rips the net when shooting on his left foot. The obvious issue with his shooting though is his 3* weak foot. It is not a major issue but it still hinders the card because you should always turn on the left foot. I scored about 4 goals with his right foot including one from outside the box. But he does tend to shank a few efforts of his right foot.

Pace: 10/10 On the Hawk chemistry style he feels extremely quick. Even though his pace is not completely max his small stature and incredible dribbling stats allow him to glide through defenses with ease with and without the ball.

Passing : 9/10 His passing is very very good. On his left foot he can play almost any thought ball inch perfectly from the cam or wing position. The only issue is yet again his 3* weak foot and some passes on his right foot are not consistently accurate.

Dribbling: 10/10: One of his best attributes his small stature and elite dribbling stats. Allow him to twist and turn in the box and dribble elegantly to a shooting angle. I will say though he is not the best dribblerI have used in this game. I would still say Gold Messi or any of his better cards feel better when dribbling but Maradona is still extremely smooth and up there with the best dribblers in this game.

Finesse shots: 9/10 Maradona's finesse shots on his left foot are superb he can score from extremely far out and his finesses consistently hit the back of the net even with out green timing.

Physical: Like Messi, Maradona is not a physical player and he gets easily pushed off the ball. But like Messi you need to use his dribbling to avoid contact with defenders.

Weak foot: The biggest hinderance of this card. Maradona's weak foot does not kill the card but it makes him less meta to someone like a Cruyff. It is not a big issue but make sure to shoot on the left foot.

Stamina: His stamina is an issue because he is a player that you want to keep on the pitch for the whole game. But sadly you can't I would suggest subbing him off around the 75th 80th minute because he will not run as fast as a fresh player off the bench.

Very disappointing

So I was really happy when i got him and i thought he's gonna be class, but unfortunately he turned out to be really meh tbh. I play in elite division with 2000 sr. and i usually get rank 3 in champs so I'm not a bad player and I usually use more meta players and Maradona isn't of them. He sometimes have these moments where he goes mad and scores like 4 goals but like 80% of time he just sits there and does nothing. He gets pushed off the ball super easily and surprisingly i don't enjoy his dribbling that much. if he gets touched during his dribbles it's over and you lose the ball. The biggest pros for me is his shooting and Pace . His finishing is deadly but ofc. only on his left foot. He scored some bangers and he has really good shooting animations and his pace is phenomenal. I prefer to play him as ST and there he can position himself really nicely aswell. He knows when to run and know when to come close. The last thing I want to say about this card is his passing which is top tier. If you want to pass a ball he can do it from any place on the field but only with his leftie. The main con with this card is definitely 3 wf which feels liko 2wf it really kills the card tbh.If you have that 1.6m coins go with eusebio or cruyf or even Mbappe. Maradona simply ,, vanishes ,, in more difficult and challenging games
