I looked for a solid Premier league RWB for my 5-3-2 Formation in defense and 3-5-2 when I´m in offense. So first I tried Walker and he is generally the better RB than Bissaka, because he is lenghty and has way more pace and no winger or in in case of need a ST has any chance in a 1 vs 1 if they want run over the right side, also the players have less time for finishing if you get overruned which most meta teams try with f.e. Haaland. If you use a 4 defender line than Walker is always the pick.
But actually for my use as an RWB he is my choice, because his dribbling an passing stats are way better for this position, his pace is for an RWB good enough and his defending are extremely good with 93/99 Base stat in tackling. He is just more flexible if you also attack with (Overlap/Stay Back - you set him forward with the D-Pad Up->Left, so youre are flexible if youre winning than you set it back).
Chem Disscussion: At first I tried Anchor and that was pretty solid but his attacking dribbling (what was the most important fact) felt a bit weird so I changed to Guardian, which I never do normally. and Guardian was for this specific use way better, even when the defense stats are already pretty high. So maybe in future I will even try Engine or Artist
Value: for 110k he is very expensive, because of the fact there are very few good RB´s around. Also he has to compete with Kyle Walker on this position and he is just faster, so you will have a more stable defensive with walker. Iam not sure if its the 110k worth now, this card will be experience a big price reduction if there will be more RB´s soon. The best strategy to buy him is to wait to the right time, So if you read this on January and he cost only 50k and meanwhile Walker costs still 100k than he is the coins absolutely worth. Because he is just slightly worse, maybe EA nerf the Lenghty runs a bit than he will be a solid choice.
So the fact that Walker is in the same league makes Bissaka worse, in every other league he would just be the best RB in the league and always get picked if someone had not picked the prem league.
-Insane defending Base Stats (you dont have to use a defensive chem)
-Good controlled tempo
-good agility and balance for "minimal zone defending"
-solid stats in passing and dribbling
-very good stamina and alright strength

- shooting (like every RB)
