I used Godfrey for 20 games in Fut Champions and 20 games in Elite Division. I usually always get between 16 and 18 wins in the Weekend League. Now about the player Godfrey. Where should I start? His card looks very very good and fits perfectly into the meta of fifa from the stats. But in the game he doesn't feel nearly as good. I play him next to Tomori and before I played Akanji IF instead of him. Godfrey's defending is not nearly as good as Tomori or Akanji. Furthermore, the physical stats are lacking. He loses many body duels against players who are not even close to being physically strong. Against a physically strong player like Haaland, the chances of a successful defense are zero. He does not exude strong and stable defense unlike Tomori or Akanji. For 36k I think this card is way too weak. There are definitely better alternatives. But what has to be said is that his passes are very very excellent. However, for me the physical as well as defensive skills outweigh that, which are unfortunately not so good with this card.
My conclusion is that this card does not bring any added value. Unfortunately.
