Well, its simple, he is worth 1.5m coins and easily can be way cheaper due to so many fodder packs currently (i completed him for like 200k). On a hunter, he is so quick due to bodytype feels like lengthy. And finishing is basically S tier, w the 5 star Wf u will finish almost everything unless EA stops u from scoring. He has great passing and dribbling, the balance is only minimally noticable. 10/10 recommend to complete this card that is worthy of the real life version of an extremely fine player, zero regrets.

Holy shit. On old gen this guy is absolutely insane. I play him up top either in 4321 or 4312 with Engine chem. All Brazil or all Barca team. I'm a 14-16 win player in champs.
58 games, 106 goals andn 19 assists - this is the most insane and by far the best record I've ever had on a card in FIFA. He's a hattrick machine.
Honestly this is the most fun card I've used in any fifa since Pablo Aimar back in like FIFA 11. He's a god.
- Dribbling is unique, get used to it and he's incredibly smooth
- Shooting - best i've seen this year and prefer to Fut Bday Puskas. He never misses.
- Fun - Just something magical about this card.
- Passing - Can do a job at CAM too with incredible passes, but I prefer shorter players in that role personally
Gets knocked off the ball from behind a bit, his stride means his touches are not as quick and close as the short and lean boys, but makes up for this in all other areas.
Stamina drains a bit and not as goated from 75 mins on.
Rivaldo is unusual. But fantastic. I play on XB1 and he is very unique in the way he plays. He dribbles in this sort of slow motion that's extremely wierd, likely due to the really high dribbling stats and bodytype. However, due to this unusual ability he actually dribbles round many defenders in the game with ease. And when he is less successful which can happen with agile fullbacks, he can often bully them with his body and strength to recover the ball. He's able to score from stupid angles and is a physical presence on the pitch. He was played as a CAM for 40 games which would of awarded him a 3.5 star rating as he was not as good, but he needs to be at ST in a 2 striker formation or CF in a 4321. He may not always score, but he is a headache and a beast in linkup play. The game tally also includes giving 5-6 wins in champs.
If you don't care for using your Jairzinhos, Al Owairans and Mbappes, and you have a lot of fodder to burn, try Rivaldo.

82 strength is a LIE. Feels like 90+ and will win a lot of muscle duels vs fullbacks and even weaker centerbacks (mid maldini, carvalho)
One of the best dribblers I have ever used, but it did take me 10 matches or so to get used to his wierd slow motion style.
Passing with 5* WF, 90 short pass, 89 vision is fantastic for a striker. Better then most cards on the market. For a CAM it's still very good.

Expensive - for liquid coins you can get better players. For sure. Or in other words, you don't have to adapt to his unique style.
When the gameplay gets slow, he gets hard to use, just as any other tall player.
Dribbling not as silky as other top tier players.
Positioning not as good as say Cruyff
Medium/low is also a double ended sword, as high/low definitely makes better runs.
Rivaldo is like a hero to me so i had to complete this sbc. At first i thought it was overpriced and maybe it is still but what a card this is. Normally i don't like tall players with high average bodytype but this guy is insane. I used him the most in weekend league at striker in a 4222 together with mid garrincha. He has animations that no other players have what is so OP. also his shooting is fenomenal. he scores from places where i just wanted to make a corner out of it. for his length the dribbling is fine. feels smooth on the ball but sometimes his touches can be a bit heavy but overall a fantastic card. If you play him striker i recommend using a small agile player in the other striker position if you play with 2 strikers like a garrincha, messi, eusebio, ben yedder etc. Works fantastic. Plus, its just a fun card to play with. just a different fun player instead of the jairzinho's, mbappe's, al owairans etc.

he wins the duels against the small backs because of the 82 strength.
pace is fine, but sometimes he will get caught if ur opponent has very fast centerbacks
