Way better than expected

I used Marko Arnautovic's Dynamic Duo card in the attached squad as the RST in a 4222 in-game in Division 5 rivals. His instruction set was simply stay forward + False 9 and he was partnered up top by Luuk De Jong's Rulebreaker card which I have also written a review for. I am on old-gen and used Arnautovic with a hunter chem-style to try and give him the ability to make fast runs into the box and latch onto crosses and through balls.

I am not very good at FIFA 23 but I can definitely tell when a player is overpowered this year. With the hunter chem-style and his lengthy accelerate type he is a lethal option for the game this year and only costs about 20k as an SBC right now. He is easy to get chemistry to if you complete Posch's section of the SBC and have a couple of other Serie A players.

His passing, pace, and physical are his best attributes so I would highly recommend him as a second striker or CF instead of as a lone striker because his link-up play is so good. There are not many better options on the game for forwards in Serie A in my opinion and he definitely outperforms players like Immobile or Rashford POTM for me.

Pace + Physical combo

Arnautovic really feels similar to the way someone like Cantona plays in-game. His height and strength combined with the fact he has the lengthy running type and a decent base pace + dribbling stat makes it very difficult to get him off of the ball when running towards goal
There are very few players who can stop him once he gets running in behind
He has a great ability to win headers and pretty much never loses a duel with his great well-rounded physical stats
I don't have to sub him off because his stamina is solid and he doesn't lose that burst of speed late in games

Dribbling + 4* skills

Despite his bulk and relatively low agility and balance stats, he is so adept at controlling the ball in tight areas and breaking in behind
Can very easily hit a fake shot or a berba spin to beat a player with skill
Doesn't feel very clunky at all in good gameplay
Can win you penalties

Heading

Wins a lot of aerial duels
Has a powerful and accurate header both for shooting and passing

Passing

Is easily the best creative forward I have used all year
Creates goals easier than anyone such as POTM Rashford, Cody Gakpo POTM, Mahrez, Savio, and others
Great long distance passing and crossing
Pretty much never misplaces a short pass on either foot

Attack Positioning

Always seems to be in the right place to create or score
Makes great runs for headers, tap-ins, and through balls

Outside the foot shot trait

Great penalties

Shooting

Scored many goals for me but about 1/3 of them were penalties
His shooting stat is 86 but probably feels closer to 80-83 on his worst games
Shot power is great but the accuracy on his right something to be desired
Will still score you goals from penalties or headers even if his finishing feels off
I struggled to get many outside-the-foot shots off in-game but I am sure that using that broken mechanic would improve how his shooting feels
Weak foot shooting is very suspect (play him on the right 100%)

Can be inconsistent in bad gameplay

Not very useful if you don't like using the lengthy-style players

As an Austrian I had to make the dynamic duos SBC. Both Arna and Posch are great cards and fun to play.Although Arna is 6'4'' he feels very agile and smooth on and off the ball. Perfect striker for October

Last year's rulebreaker card was obnoxious for it's price of around 20k; this one holds true to how good that card was and is a top-tier card, for the average player, with it only being October.The lengthy hunter is overpowered, obviously, but his brilliant attacking AI is probably the biggest benefit here.
