The BEST EPL CDM

I was in the search of an upgrade from Fabinho to a faster and better with the ball on his feet CDM from the PL, and I stumbled upon an interesting-looking Rulebreakers Phillips card, which single-handedly caught my attention. Therefore I bought him for 97K a week after he had launched and fit him in my squad on maximum chemistry.

He is quick and agile enough, so his pace is in fact very decent. His passing is brilliant and can effortlessly execute long through balls and hoofs. Defending is incredible, just like a defender or even better. He is truly and exceptional defender and the fact that he can play higher up the field is unique. He's the best CDM I have had in my squad so far in FUT23 and I do hope you can make great utilisation of Phillips! In my case I was forced to sell him, making a slight profit of 20K in advance, as I had the temptation to alter my team, almost completely.
