Al Owairan is special.

99 pace on a 55 year old :O

Packed him first day the WC Heroes were released. Initially was going to use him until the price peaked and sell because of the 0 chem link help but i will really struggle to ever sell this beautiful man...

Div 1 Rivals use only, 21 games, 44 goals, 19 assists.

Approx 10 before Patch, 11 after

He is INCREDIBLE.

Pre-Patch, before they buffed dribblers' sprint speed and nerfed Outside foot shots he was already beating most lengthy defenders for speed. Now, with the ball at feet, he obliterates them.

You'll see in my team he starts RW, but every game i swap the team to 4-2-2-2 with Al OP up top RS with Haaland LS and Ribery RAM, Havertz LAM. though sometimes i swap havertz and Al OP and put him on stay wide, depending on if i want pace and width on the left wing or want to go narrow through the middle. (Depends entirely on opponent's style and defensive team setup).

After trying him basic and figuring out his weakness was... well his weakness (lack of strength) I decided to go with Marksman.His 6ft body type is good for keeping his body inbetween defenders, that slight strength buff makes a big difference in keeping the ball when pressed. His shooting felt very good for 86 but as i use him mostly ST, I wanted to up his shooting a bit also though i may switch to trying Sniper if im ever struggling for goals of strength because his dribbling already felt great on basic and only wanted marksman to make that 99 with his pace.

Haaland is my next upgrade. Packed him untradeable and he has 142 goals in 105 games so it is hard to bench him but because all he can basically do is be strong, leNgThY and shoot well, he needs somebody who can put a solid through pass up top next to him. AL OP does just that! He is great at shifting the ball with his dribbling using R1 or a ball roll and slotting a ball through. Ribery and Haaland Love him. He also gets the most tap ins I've ever seen with great attack positioning and the ability to just catch up to the play for the sweat after playing the initial through ball.

The Nerf to the outside of the foot shots hurt him a bit because he doesn't have the trait but he still scores them a lot for me and his finesse and chips are deadly anyway with good curve stats.

He is the only player i have been able to consistently ball roll the goalkeeper AND THEN dribble the ball into net without anybody catching up. So added amusement bonus.

I assume he will find a place in Pro meta though likely from the bench.

Note: was 490k Day of release, 550k in the days after and now suddenly upto 700k

Nice body type for 6ft (183 cm) when chem style buffed strength

Passes well for a 0iq pace merchant

Dribbles are 99 with marksman

Really fast

Shooting, finishing and attack positioning especially feel above his stats

Fastest guy i know

Without Physical Chem Style he felt weak vs your VVD/Rudigers

No Traits :(

Useless for Chemistry

Personally, i value 5* WF a lot, especially now outside foot shots are less OP

Only 98 acceleration means the 99 Pace stat is infact arithmetic rounding on 98.5. EA are lieng scum confirmed.

If i didn't pack him, i wouldn't buy him. He is a little pricey at over 700k. If he had the traits tho, he would be the best card on the game. The reason i won't sell him is that I don't think you can actually get a better ST or RW card for 700k... So i contradict myself.Hopefully you know what i mean anyway.

Al Owairan, highly recommend!

So, after using a fair amount of strikers in this FIFA (new gen) I felt that this guy out performs all of them. He makes atleast 1 goal per game on average, has some assists for me and overall he has a key influence in the games I pay.
