Got WC Carvalho from my preorder Hero pack and honestly after 82 games couldn't be happier to have him in the squad. Overall this is one of the best all around CB's you can buy, especially in the Prem. My favorite thing about this card is the archetype flexibility he provides. He provides good enough ratings to be your more offensively aggressive CB, or he be chemed up to a more lock down defending CB. Personally I use him back with RB Alaba(my more offensive CB) and leave Carvalho to sit back and defend counters. You can easily pair him with someone like Koulibaly and do the opposite(kouli stay back, Carvalho move forward).

-Awesome defensive abilities. Constantly intercepts and rarely is beat on the ball. Perfect amount of aggression to attack, but not blow his positioning.

-Dribbling is subtle for a central defender. He isn't capable of skilling through opponent midfielders, but I really enjoyed his left stick dribbling and its helped me a ton deal with the high press alot of people online use. Not many CB's capable of doing what he can do.

-Pace is solid. He will obviously get killed by the likes of Mbappe, but He has always held him own in a 1on1 situation with <95 pace attacker.

-Work Rate are perfect for a defender. He doesn't push up at all and remains my deep defender when it matters most.

-Passing is OK. He can get the ball moved around, but without a passing chemistry on I wouldn't try and do anything crazy with him. While the 3* WF isn't bad, it does still kill his WF passing stats which are already not great. Be careful.

-Shooting is whatever. I've had some header opportunities but have not scored one with him yet. He has ok stats for a CB so this could easily be a pro for anyone who will take advantage of it.

A Solid Legend

took a time year of FUT and returned this year on pc since next gen is available. Underrated hero?

I packed him in the Hybrid Nations 50k pack and decided to insert him right into my starting lineup with the lengthy boost (next gen) and he was awful after swapping him to a shadow and moving him to LCB rather than right, he stepped up massively; the defensive boosts helped more than physical/passing.
