I run a predominantly Serie-A team, and as such cannot link VVD with the untradeables I have anymore :( As such, thought I'd try this guy as I got him untradeable as well. I've been surprised as to how good he is given the price.
First thing to note, is I tried him initially on Shadow and he was terrible- he very much needs Anchor to boost his strength and jumping. On Shadow, he gets bullied by physical strikers and doesn't win many aerial balls.
On Anchor however, he's a quality CB. Style-wise, he's comparable to VVD- he's very strong, puts in tackles that send the opponent's player into row z, and has fantastic positioning. He's also got the perfect workrate for a CB. Wins plenty of aerial balls and his distribution is solid enough.
Only real criticism here is his pace is lacking. I'd recommend playing a very high line with him (I use 65 depth), as over short distances he gets left for dead, but always catches up eventually.
Overall, if you're on a tight budget and need the links, I'd certainly recommend him. I much prefer him to RTTK Bremer who is always out of position and seems to get a yellow card for every tackle he makes; WC Kim Min Jae is still my favourite sub-100k CB, but can be difficult to link if you play a hybrid team. Kjaer is worth a shot if you need the links

- Strong and aggressive (on Anchor)
