Player Review

Saint Max is one of my favorite players to use in FIFA every year. So when he came out I jumped at the chance to get him. I sold my WW Felix and threw ASM in the LW / LAM position and moved Payet to Striker along side WC Griezman with Jairzinho opposite ASM. I can honestly say the dribbling and skill moves are out of this world effective. He has a burst of speed even with the Finisher Chem style. He reminds me of his Fut Fantasy card from last year. Maybe not quite as lethal but still bangs in goals while inside the box. He seems to be in the right place at the right time for a simple goal or he can make 2-3 defenders miss with an eslastico or step overs for a banger. He has been better than jairzinho not by much but a little bit and has the stamina to continue almost the entire match. Don't let the stats fool you. Inside the box he is lethal, outside shots are not going to provide much - I have had Ribery, Di Maria, Neymar, and he is better than all of them at getting by defenders and finishing. His passing is a weak spot compared to Di Maria and my WC Griezman / Payet but he makes up for it with his chance creation. Is 500K a steep price for him? Compared to Di maria of course. But Di Maria doesn't provide what ASM provides on the pitch. I highly recommend ASM - also his 4* weak foot is not an issue for me.
