The stats lie

After using gold Varane for over 500 games in the first few months of this fifa, I knew I had to try this card when it came out. Today I finally bit the bullet and shelled out the 720k for him and my god was it worth it. Paired up with WW Tomori, it feels like I have impenetrable back line and one that can't be beaten by over the top balls unless I'm pressing. I thought 720k would be overpriced but I honestly think only prime Maldini, WC Lucio, and Stories Van Dijk are at the same level as this card. Even though the stats may look overly impressive, the animations and presence this card has make him a game changer at CB. By far the fastest CB I've used this (even faster than WW Tomori for some reason) and has been worth every penny. Only quips I have with this card is his lower stamina, bad dribbling (not very important tbf), and his 83 aggression.

Overall I think this card is worth it if you have the coins to get him as all the CB options that he is comparable to in game are over 1 million coins, truly a game changer for defence.

Can't dribble or turn to save his life

Varane = GOAT

He was in my red picks and i had to choose between him and griezmann and im glad i chose him. Varane is the best fckn CB ive ever played. He gets every ball and is faster than a ferrari.Played a few games now w him and I cant say anything against him as a CB. His passing isnt the best but for a CB its enough. If you have enough coins and need a CB get him. 100% one of the best CBs in the game
