"Little Milla" exceeds all expectations

When the Baby Eto'o was there to snap up in SBC's, I was in heavy doubt. 800k for the base version? I decided not to go for that one... So I have been saving coins, and trying out bargain OP players such as Moise Kean POTM, Richarlison OTW and Steven Bergwijn WCS. They all had something, but they all didn't really feel right. I needed that clinical finisher, with enough agility to help me, not a skill-spammer, break defenses and decide matches. And I didn't want to use Mbappe or Al Owairan, like 75% does/did. Mid-Eusebio didn't pass the test, Johan Cruyff 91 or 92 was next on the wishlist... then the 88+ Icon sbc emerged... First one was a swing and a miss (Van Persie 89) but the second try brought this Cameroonian into the club. I was happy to get a +1mil player out of this, but could this one be the player that could team up with Jairzinho and Hristo and destroy my opponents. Stats are promising.

I have been using him in Rivals and Fut Champs. My biggest mistake is always to use a new striker too much, let hem be the start and finish of almost every attack. And so far none has been able to leave me satisfied with performances...

But Eto'o is another story. Amazing acceleration and sprint speed, agile, strong (enough) and clinical in and around the box with both feet! His short passing is great and his attacking postioning helps you create chances and thus goals..

After playing 56 games with him till now, I know enough: This man is end-of-the-year quality and will surely bang in hundreds of goals for me in the next months.

+ Lightning speed, dribbling past defenders easily and leaving them eating his dus when sprinting towards goal

+ Pure class in and around the box, been hitting from every angle (the outside the foot and finesse shot traits also really helpfull.

+ First touches are amazing. High and low balls are easily mastered and Eto'o will glide on smoothly.

+ Dribbling is so nice. Leftstick dribbling works perfectly on him and with 4* skills he can fool your opponent with ease.

Just a joy to play with

When faced with this section, you need to start thinking about what are cons?

Well, I would really feel like a nag when I would put real cons in here. Slap an engine on him and the man is a machine.

You might argue the 4*/4* but honestly, I haven't found one moment so far when I thought, if only 5* skills or wf... It would only make him way more expensive and 1 or 2% better?

I had the luck of pulling him out of a 250k SBC, but I can imagine when considering buyin him that ppl think its a lot of money for a striker... but he is well worth it...

An emotional player, a fast, agile and good in the air player. Bangs longshots and can pass well. He can do everything. The only step up Icon in the game from him is R9. 1.6 for this card is a steal. He is a guaranteed to be involved with a goal every game. You can play him alongside others in a 2 striker formation or by himself. I've done both.
