Bought him as decent budget options that fit my team were few and far between, so took a punt and had low expectations.

I've been very pleasantly surprised, as he's a beast ingame. I play a 4-1-3-2, with Bennacer CDM and Bastian as a box-to-box, and it's a fantastic combination. Schweinsteiger has everything Bennacer lacks- physicality, workrate, endless stamina and a great shot on him. He also has impeccable positioning, both attacking and defensive.

The High-High workrate has a huge impact on this card, he's everywhere all at once, helping to dominate the midfield area. His passing is very nice and dribbling is surprisingly good. I was also very surprised by his pace. I expected him to be very sluggish and to struggle to keep up but I've played him on both Shadow and Hunter, and he can keep up with most players easily.

Currently using him on Hunter, as I've found his defending to be more than enough without a boost, and his shooting is very good. Overall, he's a very good choice for a box to box CM, and would do a great job as a CDM in-game as well. His face stats do not do him justice- definitely worth a shot on any budget really.
