    The absolute attacking unit is back

    Last year I have used Inaki's cards in about 1600 games all-together, he was my go-to attacker basically 'til June and I LOVED him. Well, this year, I'd say that he is even better. Pace is no longer meta (finally), so one would logically think that this fact nerfs Inaki's biggest greatness - his ungodly speed. But he has the other aspect which makes a player a unit this year: a turmoil of Traits. Outside foot and Chip shot are OP this year, and I find it more and more that the Team Player and Solid Player have some sort of hidden buff in them: these traits and his pace, strength and phenomenal shooting make him my favorite Striker - again. He has 30 goals and 15 assists for me in 32 games, which translates to a staggering 45G/A in 32 games.

    • Traits: Chip and Outside Foot are really OP this year, he scores basically every chance
    • Strength: he is strong, like really strong. I use him with Hawk, and boy, does that make him scary. Combined with Solid player trait, he is a unit that unmovable.
    • Shooting: I swear, he is scoring chances that last year even endgame cards missed. He shoots, he scores, left-foot, right-foot, ewery-way.
    • Passing: surprisingly his passing is totally usable. His long-passing works too, if you lob it, not simply pass it
    • Positioning: his attacking AI is out of this world, he is always at the right place at the right time. Lovely.
    • Heading: strangely for me, his heading is underwhelming this year, at least compared to his previous year cards. Or just the keepers are overpowered in saving them, IDK.

    With the help of the points of the ultimate edition I was able to built a very decent serie A squad. https://www.futbin.com/23/squad/101859

    Shomurodov is a beast striker, poor man's Haaland. I opened my OTW free play and Schotterberk was in it. However with the objectives I opened the 100K free pack. To my biggest suprise, not only OTW Ruddiger was in, but also Valverde

    So I sold all my Serie A team, time to make a La Liga one. I play 4-2-3-1 in game and I always prefer a strong/fast combo striker. In La Liga there are not many strikers like these so I used Inaki, lastly used in Fifa 18 which had given me great memories. As back then, Inaki is a very Value for Money choice, which will carry me at least until some special ST cards for La Liga come around


    I have tried also using Correa as striker, with other players on CAM, but I was missing the physicallity of Inaki

    • He is fast, what to say? 94 speed,means that you can focus on fixing his other areas in the pitch without the need to limit yourself in Hawk or Hunter
    • He is tall. This is a stat that is not in the original "stats" page but everyone knows how important is height in terms of FIFA gameplay. It adds strength even when not shown in stats. With this strength he can also win a duel in the opponent area for an easy goal
    • His height is also useful in this year version as crosses have become more and more useful.
    • His shooting with finisher is deadly inside the area
    • Work rates
    • Obviously the 2* WF gives some scares. Honestly in game I do not notice it. Granted I am using a finisher chemistry, I have noticed that he uses a lot his outside weak foot when needed
    • Controlled body type. Again, this is a player that has 94 pace. He is fast, he seems fast. People will look for Explosive or Lengthy cards to offset an issue, that in this card does not have in the first place
    • Passing is servicable for one twos, or lay offs, nothing fancy
    • Again, he is not Shomorudov, so you need to manager your expectations but 1 goal per game in challenging Division Rivals is not bad (I am currrently appx 66% wins ratio online)
