Player Review

When I packed this Ikone out of a moments pack, I was excited to just have packed a special card this FIFA. Little did I know how ridiculous this card would be. Ikone is the best feeling card I've used this game. His dribbling is as fluid as anyone's, and with 96 pace and 99 agility, he's fast enough to run by any defender in the game. I decided to put a deadeye on him (to boost his shooting ability), and was pleasantly surprised at how much better he was as a facilitator in the middle of the field. As a center CAM, he plays somewhat of a false 9 role behind Benzema and Thuram, and although his size is minimal, that plays to his advantage with him being able to dribble around with ease. For only 25k, this card might be the best dribbler in the game. Not only that, but being French and from the Serie A means he can link to many top players in the game. The only downside to Ikone is his strength. With 62 strength, he get pushed around somewhat by bigger and much stronger defenders. However in order to push him, the defenders have to catch him, which rarely happens. Ikone is my favorite card in FIFA so far, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who can link him.

Wow. When I bought him, I could never imagine how big of a game changer this guy is. With his pace, he overruns practically everyone and his crosses were insane. I played him as a defensive winger (he came back when the enemie had the ball) and because of his physis, he wasn't even bad at defending. Also, his shots were incredible. Even though he only has 80 shooting, almost every shot from a halfway good postion went in. He carried my team this weekend, every counter attack was played on his side because the pace, dribbling together with his body were unstoppable. He only has 3 star weak foot, but it honestly felt like 5 star. Because I played him on right wing, I often had to cross with his right foot, but they came no worse then those I did with his left foot.
