I played with inform De Ligt from div 5 to 4 , and the only thing I can say , he is a BEAST.

He is worth 20k and he is a joke for this kind of price.

He always runs to a good position when defending to tackle or intercept.

His tackling is amazing , reaches and blocks most tackles.

His phisicality is very good , he is aggresive and his strength is amazing.

He is very fast is game and he is Lenghty.. He outruns so many attackers and 90% of the time he comes out with the ball.

And i dont care too much about dribbling and passing for CB's but he can pass preety good , And his dribbling isn't really good but he can dribble sometimes when needed.

If you need a cheap Bundesliga CB , he is the perfect man for you.
