Better than real life

From the free pack that EA gave out this morning i got Lautaro, and then opened 10 80+ double upgrades and got nothing lol. Lautaros gold card, which i packed from the stupid untrade sbcs on day 1, played 54 games for me early on and was decent, not bad, but decent, so I was a bit worried that this card would just be decent but it is very good. For starters his shooting from inside the box is elite, on both feet he is really good at finding the corners and just generally banging them in. He moves really nicely on the ball and i tried him out in a wide CF position in a 4321 and he just burned the defenders, even without the big pace boost, only an engine, making his balance impecable. He can do some decent headers, but mostly i would avoid putting this mans head near any balls, just keep it on the ground. All in all, a very nice well rounded striker that is affordable and has some nice links in Barella, Veron, Di Maria, and MESSI! Definitely give this guy a go for a bit of fun.

Pace- Down the line just left defenders behind

Shooting- Inside the box it is incredible, outside is meh

Dribbling- Very good for a striker, fabulous balance

Headers- Despite the stats, this man could not score a header to save his life

Haircut- Looks Garbage

I'm currently having a 4-2-4 Serie A squad and tried testing out some of the strikers that i haven't used yet. Of course, had to give Lautaro a shot and that was definitely a 10! First thing I mentioned while using this card was his positioning. He has 96 positioning with hunter chemstyle and his AI works brilliant with that. Whenever I was trying to shock my opponent with a quick counter-attack, Martinez was always ready to keep up with my way of thinking and tried creating himself a lot of space. When he finally got the ball, almost every shot was a goal - or at least me saying "how did the keeper saved that?". He scores from literally every angle, it doesn't matter whether he's directly in front of the goal or shoots from about 30-45°. His dribbling feels great too but sometimes I feel like the ball is not sticking enough to him and randomly jumps out from him. I haven't noticed any problems with his stamina tho, so he can easily play the whole match.

Incredible finishing.
Fantastic positioning.
Good passing for a striker (87 vision and 85 curve, so through passes are amazing).
Balance and strength, so he makes himself a lot of space easily.

Sometimes the ball is not sticking enough to him.
Not that great headers.
The same dynamic as his every special card.
What the fuck is that shit on his head?
