Stoichkov is better than you think... I used him in more than 20 matches in DIV 2 and WL as a striker and he's amazing, you basically can't feel the M/M or the 4 WF, his movement as a striker is amazing and he is lethal in front of the goal. I used WC Hero Morientes, Baby Pele, and Mid R10 as a striker before and none performed better than Stoichkov. I recommend using him with engine and in a 2 strikers formation.

I did the 20 x 84+ 3 x for 20 tokens and decided to do this SBC. For 100K I get the most complete striker in the game. The squad is in the link. I played some weekend league with him as a striker in a 4-1-2-1-2 (2) formation with an engine chem on him. I will review him by ingame stats:

Pace: Fast but not like players as Mbappé. You can outpace players like a hero Marquez but he has a little struggle against quicker defenders like van Dijk and Lucio. It's not that you can outrun everyone but the pace is more than good.

Shooting: Almost perfect, every shot goes in. 4* WF is a crazy upgrade, what makes feel his right as good as his left. His left stays the strongest foot of him what makes him so dangerous. Most FIFA players don't know the card of Stoichov and don't know that he is left. Thinking his best foot is his right you can dribble to the left side of the box and shoot the ball with his left foot in the low right corner of the goal. From distance the shots are also insane. Almost every shot from outside the box goes in. His shooting is so good that even from an impossible angle, a shot can be a goal. Also his penalty's are good. You can hold O for 3 seconds long and if you time the penalty good the penalty will be fired into the top corner, impossible for a goalkeeper to save.

Passing: What makes this card better than other strikers is his passing. Not every striker has good passing but Stoichov has it all. Every pass he gives succeeds. Also his free kicks are good. If you know how to take them, every free kick from him will cause danger. The curve is enormously good, something that helps extremely good by finesse shots and L2 shots.

Dribbling: Nothing to be said on. He turns so fast and with the high pace, you are directly away from your opponents defender. The speed dribbler trait makes him even faster on the ball. Combined with his 92 dribbling he feels super quick with the ball. Dribbling is similar to Neymar.

Defending: I didn't defend with him. Heading is good enough but not blistering.

Physical: Most strikers who have pace, shooting, passing and dribbling don't have much strenght like Pelé. When you use that kind of players, they usually lose a duel against a defender. But Stoichov has it all. 82 strength with 92 aggression make him win most of the duels. Only players as Vieira or Touré can be a problem but knowing that you barely face this kind of players, his strength is crazy.

All with all I think this is the perfect striker. He has all things you want from an all round striker. If you need a good striker who can everything you need, do this sbc. 600K is a absolute steal for this card. I think that the cards with similar stats like him will be released round march, so you can use him for months. Even in tots he is still usable.

Amazing card, a bit pricey but definitely not overpriced, feels strong in game but not heavy, can play striker, winger or cam, since he has 87 passing, i have world cup keane and stoichkov feels more agily with the ball and stronger running against defenders, low driven with his left foot is broken.

One of the best sbc´s released this year, definitely worth it, i use him on 4222 as striker, all 70 games with him are in elite divison.

Where do I even start? I've completed the SBC the same day it came out just with the fodder my club was full of. I remember using Stoichkov last year and he was alright but not a very memorable player in my team. However in December I was looking for a good all-around forward to pair with the WC Morientes (Yes I absolutely love using a lengthy target man this year) and this Stoichkov SBC came in handy.

209 goals and 115 assists in 300 games. Yes you read it right, the man is an absolute beast and will be great for the next 3/4 months. I am a Div 1/ Elite Div player with 12/13 WL wins in average, not a top player, not a meta user and not a skiller. Stoichkov is that guy who will have influence every game, score assist or just be very efficient. His body type makes him not the most agile player however the technical dribbler trait gives him the ability to dribble very well in tough situations. His pace is maxed (with the Hunter), his shooting is insane and what's really great is he got great passing. He even scores free kicks without a problem, literally no major weaknesses for this guy.

You thought that's it, that's the review? Well I thought so too, until I let him play as a Left midfielder/Winger with a free role... Man bloomed with new colors! Scoring hattricks every other game, having a lot more space to do his magic and runs than in the central attacking areas. The change was kind of forced due to the arrival of my idol Steven Gerrard (check out my review on him) to my team and as a preparation for getting the baby Pele version.

My verdict is Stoichkov is a must complete if you have a decent amount of fodder in your team (Hurry up, the SBC expires on the 10th of January). If your club is empty but you've got the coins - go for Prime Stoichkov version which might be even better than this one for just slightly more coins. Now we only need to hope EA will soon fix the random WC icons faces in-game and stoichkov will stop looking like a random pro clubs player.
