I use Kenny as a backup for my RB position and switch him up with Trippier, who are both equal for me. Kenny plays a bit more offensive and feels a bit faster, but Trippier is a bit better on the ball, but I like both at all. Kenny feels like a upgraded Frimpong (IF-Card) for me and I really like to play with him. When you look for a fast, agile RB, he is a very good choice. The main prob I've got with him was his defensive work rate, even when I setted to "stay back and don't attack". He often runs forward and opens the gates outside the field, but with his pace, he is able to run back very fast, so it is okay most of the time, but I personally prefer a more defensive RB/LB and here it worked a bit better with Trippier for me.
