Best Striker Under 250k

This man feels so good on the ball, has crazy finishing and strength and I can't believe he is only 250k! Only issue is the links but I play him on 2 chemistry with Brazilian links and cant feel the difference. hawk is definitely the chemistry style to go. He got me my best record, 14-6
