Kante regen?

Hello i decided to write review on TOTS Barella cause he's so unbelievable (i use him as middle cam in 4231 with hawk). Something like toty Kante in previous years but with better dribbling and shooting. I'm div 1/elite div player getting 14w constantly in wl. He's so fast, agile and responsible with ball even when gameplay is bad and slow. 4* skills might be a problem for somebody but i don't use skills much cause you don't need to due to his ball control and dribbling. His 4* wf feels like 5* and finishing inside and outside of the box is top tier. With hawk he gets 99 aggression and 91 strength combined with 94 pace and 92 defending makes him intercept lots of passes on opponent's half. H/H WR is also really helpful cause he always makes runs behind the defence and is even more aggressive while defending. Wherever you need him he will always be there + he has 99 stamina.
