    last years TOTY was also special and not many people had that toty vvd. but now he's just a card existing on futbin but not playable in the game

    Idk what game u where playing I saw him pretty much most games. He was 1.8 mil so was quite affordable and most people had that kind of money if they where getting good rewards most weeks
