    I have one question I'm new to the game and when I see the upgrades this card has on it it says IF what does this mean? I assume it means inform upgrade but does that mean this ucl card isn't going to be upgraded?

    he gets upgraded based on inters performance (You'll see when you click R3 on the card), Inform upgrades basically means they get upgrades like informs, so he'll get a +1 whenever inter goes further in the champions league.
