    Why is she changing position with the CDM on a 4321 if she is playing as the LCM (cover wing)? Any solution?

    Check the defensive awareness (including chem style) between her and your other midfielders. The one with the highest defensive awareness goes to the middle no matter what, regardless if theyre rcm/lcm/center cm etc.
