    If they're gonna make a good player a TOTS especially in a major league they should be minimum 92 overall otherwise no one is gonna do it unless it's upgradable. I just don't get who gives the green light for these cards

    If they are gonna give us anything below 92 rated then they should be able to get live upgrades or at the very least be a tots+
