HEUNG MIN SON - POTM Premier League EA FC 24 Prices and Rating

Been saving all my high rated fodder since this sbc released and I still dont have enough 89+ rated cards to do a single 88 squad. Crazy how hard packing high rated fodder is, how am I meant to complete this without caving and buying store packs?
