I think it comes down to your playstyle. Okocha is very fluid and quick to dribbling the ball plus his skills he can be everywhere but may not score sometimes. Francescoli is an all round perfect striker to do some dribbles and almost always score. Baggio is more of a CAM, to be everywhere and able to score when needed.
