This card is actually decent. Get quite a lot of assists which is nice and knows how to control the play well from either CM or CDM. When I first used him, he scored a few decent goals, but doesn't get many now. His corners are insane, he gets a lot of assists from those positions. He's worth the 20k and should definitely be more
