MIKE TRÉSOR - Rare EA FC 24 Prices and Rating

I'm trying to upgrade him but every time I try to put him into finisher, the game closes by itself. When I do it on companion, it just logs me out. Anyone having this issue? Same thing happened when I tried putting Facundo Medina into "pitch commander" when I evolved him in "Patrick who?"
