    I got him on Lvl2 Keep Up and wann put him into Toty Visionary but it doesn't work

    You need to complete lvl2 keep up, don't claim it, and let it expire. Only then will you be able to put the unclaimed card into Toty Visionary evo. You can claim the Keep Up lvl2 evo once u have successfully started Toty Visionary evo.
