I was fortunate enough to pack this card from WL rewards a couple of weeks back, and since then I’ve been using him in my main team, at both CM and LB. It won’t come as a surprise that this card is one of the best dribblers on the game. Although Technical+ is not as overpowered as it was last year, it’s still a very useful playstyle and if you can use it well, ZR can walk through teams by himself. His dribbling alone made him a key player in the team. I played him as a LB Wingback one week, which he thrived in when on the ball. Having several Ball Control playstyles, alongside Whipped Pass made him brilliant at bombing down the left flank before working the ball into the area. My only issue was that there was a large amount of space down the left flank if my opponent would catch me on the counter-attack. The next week I played him as a LCM Box-to-Box in a tactical setup that didn’t leave so much space behind me to be counter-attacked. He performed the role well, however his low finishing stat and lack of Passing playstyles made him a liability at times. I wouldn’t consider playing him as a LM or LW due to his low finishing stats. If you’re good at dribbling and can utilise his 5* Skill Moves, he’s a great card and very fun to use. However for his current price (somewhere just above 500k at the time of writing) I think there are better options if you need a CM. If you use Wingback on your LB, he’s may just be worth the price - providing you’re able to deal with the space left behind him.
- Incredible dribbling - 5* Skill Moves - Deadball coverage for set pieces - Solid defending for wherever you play him - Relentless - Overall very fun card
- 74 finishing - 3* Weak Foot (Fine at LB, not ideal at CM) - Lack of Passing Playstyles - His Role++ isn’t very useful
