passing is very very important this fifa either way. i personally wouldn't do any skills with haaland since he's just not the type to do skills with. also note that mbappe's different than haaland, with mbappe having 99 dribbling and being fast and agile, while haaland has 99 phy and shooting, so i wouldn't compare the two. if you wanna boost the dribbling alone then go for it, but i'd rather boost the passing while giving the dribbling a small boost.
