Let me start by saying I've used Van de Ven, Saliba, VVD, Vidic, Stam, and Cordoba in this game at CB. At a glance, you'd think he's useless, with only 1 decent defensive playstyle and no role + at defender. NO ONE ELSE FROM THE LIST WINS THE BALL AS MUCH AND AS EASILY AS HE DOES. HIS COMPOSURE TO KEEP THE BALL AND PASS AFTER WINNING A TACKLE IS INCREDIBLE. THE FACT THAT HE IS THIS CONSISTENTLY GOOD AT TACKLING WITH NO ANTICIPATE CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS A GLITCH.
