His price is only due to supply. For once a good card is readily available. He's actually a top CAM with very good play styles. Play him as a Shadow Striker and you won't regret it.

I agree, but most people already used the evo on other strikers so they will never know. This version might have been better if it at least had a base low driven but it doesn't.

That version doesn't have Low Driven+. I am building an Italian Icon team and want the best version of Zola. This is it.

Considering I use him on the wing, the meager +1's over the TOTY while losing the Role++ makes the TOTY version clear. What were EA thinking??

You've been all over telling people not to do this evo. The truth is 1) people are satisfied that this evo provides a usable Zambrotta and 2) you need to touch grass.

I had the same thought. Passing playstyles are nice, but at what cost? Lengthy on a side position is so important.

Bro I just posted this in the Suarez evo. I was about to do Suarez, one of the best options, but it makes absolutely no sense vs just using Smolarek.

I've been debating this evo, but he's so hard to link and he pushes BDay Smolarek out of my team. Then I realized when comparing IGS he's way too similar to Smolarek. I'll hold, and also recommend people try Smolarek (he's amazing, BTW) before making a call on this many coins.

I packed Smolarek (LW) and Ibarbo (RW), 200k Vs 2.2 mil with Flashback CR7 at ST. Smolarek scores the most. I play him on Basic.

I agree that he's amazing. His price is 100% based on supply. His Playstyles really go well together and low driven is just so good right now. I'm running him on Basic on the wing, but also really liked him at Striker. I'm debating putting a Hawk on him but I'm not sure he needs it.

Compared to Essien, FS Pirlo has a respectable 5s/4wf, 113 IGS more , 2x PS more and costs 1/3 the price... what were EA thinking??

Any version of the paid evo is clear of this one. More PS (including Relentless), a second PS+, +1 WF for very marginally lower stats.

I want this version, not the base. If it's the base I'm passing.

I went for this one over complete winger as it's good enough. I'm not wasting 60k coins on a player I'll only use a little while.

I watched that game and understood the challenges he faced. I also get what Zidane did to Materazzi and don't hate him or judge him either. You on the other hand act this way because you are unable to reach a fraction of their greatness. A failed human being by choice... So, so sad.

I saw this icon play in real life. He was better than both, but EA hates Italians.

When you finally get a player like this, you realize how much good gameplay EA locks behind overly expensive, mostly unobtainable cards (without whaling).

He has 1 goal or goal contribution per game in 22 games. How is he rated so low, and why is this not higher rated than his last POTM?

I'm happy with this Nesta. They gave him more pace than in past years, along with all defensive playstyles and nearly maxed defense on a shadow.

Both. They complement each other.

I tend to use Italian strikers (Del Piero, Di Natale) but the defensive AI in this game is just too strong, closes in too fast and bullies shorter players of the ball. I tried out Bale's loan for 2 matches and he absolutely dominates. Now I'm 1.6 out of 2.6 mil into the SBC, all fodder/no coins. I'm excited to get this one done!

At the time of this post, it's cheaper to do this SBC than to buy a 90 rated player on the PC market (37k fodder Vs 40k market).

Gattuso is always so reliable for me in defense. He is one of the best CDMs for the price. Block and pass, that's it.

I really like this dynamic, and as an 87 he will hopefully fit an Evo soon.

I think "Basic" is better than "Finisher" as it allows him to remain controlled lengthy. He gets 99 strength, 99 Sprint and useful boosts to agility and attack position.

What the hell happened over night? I feel like EA unscrupulously put extra cards on the market to dilute it. When I went to bed at midnight eastern he was selling a 830k on PC. You want me to believe that suddenly a bunch of Europeans rushed to open packs when they woke up and flooded the market? Press X to doubt.
