I currently have him as a come back on defense winger which is why I think it would be the better chem. But iv also only played a few games so still trying to figure out where he will be in the squad.

Sure the wildcard is going to be better but that doesnt make this "useless". The double chem alone makes this card very unique and for all we know there could be an EVO that makes him better than wildcard later down the road.

Maybe a little overpriced but can do this with fodder. He also has first touch playstyle which makes him feel better on the ball. I'm enjoying him so far fits my team perfectly.

Fair points. As you can see I have Haaland as my PFP. Hes an amazing player with an amazing future. I am excited to see what he does. But I am also obviously a Messi fan. I believe when you consider someone for the ballon d'or you have to consider ALL things. Not just the amount of goals they scored. or the assists. or what team they play for and if they won the treble. When I say ALL things I mean on a HISTORICAL level as well. Sure another player might technically have had a better season in terms of stats. But Messi COMPLETED HIS LEGACY. Something the other guys are just starting. Ya know?
