Incisive Pass is Way too good to skip, it's a game changer for CAM position, and using him in Wing is low IQ, cz there are way better wingers you can get for cheap

I think it's servers man, manually Attacking or defending is steps behind AIs movement because of the input delay,players using constant pressure have advantage in these times, when servers are fixed these constant pressure rats will be cooked
