The people I feel the worst for are those that spent hundreds to get something, got nothing, and now will be forced to play against an unstoppable player nearly every match. I have 95 cruyff who I'd consider worse than messi and i constantly feel like I get undeserved wins because of him, now imagine playing against someone of that level or higher in 1/2 of your champs matches, likely paired with 93 mbappe and whatever. what a cancerous mistake from EA

keep your heads high, everyone. after playing against him back to back to back in div 1, i can safely say that he (or any other player) isn't enough to single handedly change the course of a match. maybe if the two players are incredibly equal in skill, but I found myself winning against the worse players and losing to the better players with or without messi. a player of this calibre is ofc crazy but it isn't gonna turn a 6 win kid into a 16 win kid
