As a casual player he's a pretty inexpensive good option at striker. Both PlayStyle+ are useful and help to elevate the card. Definitely gets tired early and will essentially become a player for the other team if left on for 90 minutes but he's solid before then.

Ultimate Team is specifically meant to not be real life or realistic.

After years of Career Mode and Seasons, FUT was created as a way for players to build their dream team, regardless of which leagues, clubs, competitions, etc. people played in, or whether your team could afford their transfer fees and wage budget like in Career Mode. Some unknown Brazilian league player could lineup alongside Messi. A dead person could be your goalie in the form of an Icon card. Now you can play Sam Kerr alongside Neymar. It’s just the natural extension of the gamemodes original point.

I have 359 apps on his 90 rated evo and the Incisive Pass+ has been amazing. Easily the best ball progresser in the game and finishes his chances when you decide to just R1 dribble through their whole defense

Penalties have been changed. In past FIFA’s there were three zones to position your keeper (left, center, right) to block the shot. Now two more have been added, with left and right being divided into upper and lower quadrants.

Penalties are meant to be a disadvantage to the keeper so this is a good move.

Realism isn’t what Ultimate Team is even about. That is what Career Mode is for. Career Mode is for people who want realism: actual teams, competitions, teams have to be built with transfer budgets and player wages in mind, stamina management, dynamic ratings, scouting, and so on. Ultimate Team was made specifically to allow people to play with unrealistic teams as the main objective. To get people playing with Messi alongside Ronaldo. Pele with Neymar. Mbappe with Mia Hamm.

EA put them in packs to turn high rated gold cards into special cards. This way all the people they knew saved packs would get less high rated fodder

I put him in Like a Rock (all levels). Now have him in Keep Up, doing both levels but letting expire without claiming final rewards. Will then put into TOTY CB Prospect and will have a CB with 83 PAC, 95 DEF, 95 PHY, Jockey PlayStyle+ & Bruiser, Intercept, Slide Tackle, and Block PlayStyles

EFootball’s Ultimate Team clone is garbage. If the developers actually controlled PES, and not money-hungry suits, it could’ve been good. They could’ve leaned into the offline gamemodes and released an in-depth Career Mode game or something, something EA has been dragging their feet on. Instead they killed PES and turned it into a mobile game to make more profits
