if you have the coins and want a good CDM who can do pretty much everything yes. if not you can maybe buy OTW Tchoumeni. he is also decent at CDM for a budget team.

Best CDM that i have used for now. Did not try his WC hero version but he is very good at CDM

One of the best attackers in the game if you can get him full chem. Using him with 91 Leao and he seems better and is much cheaper. Plus as said he is so cheap for no reason so get him if you can.
