That’s kind of the point of icon moments cards. It’s a specific moment/game in their career and every icon has two or more ‘moments’. Therefore, EA rotate between these moments which is why the dynamic and stats are the same compared to previous FIFA’s. For example, pele has the same dynamic from fifa 19
