Playstyles make stats useless.

I honestly don't understand what the are supposed to do... it's dictates their off all positioning right? but it just means once the player is not under your control he suddenly forgets the ball and wants to go back into position... absolutely not how the game is played, insane. if you are closest to the ball in real life, you don't just run back into position, you assume responsibility and perhaps another player covers you...

He could be 99 in every stat but it won't improve gameplay. Every pass goes towards the opposition so it forces you to dribble and so defenders auto tackle and predict very accurately what you try to do etc. what the hell is this? not fun at all.

It takes half an hour to shoot even with the ps+... with 6 defenders crowding you... it is pretty much useless unless on the counter where chip shots and finesse are much more reliable. what are you smoking mate?

I can't string 2 wins in a row at all... players who are obviously worse or a million times better than me too. I look at the expected goals statistics after every game and mine is always way higher... just lost a match 8-7... I had 13 shots on target and only one crazy miss, where as the other guy had 9 shots on target. my expected goals were 6.5 and his was 2... wtf?!

Squad battles, rivals, champions... all stepped up a notch in difficulty for sure. Can't get back in div4 in weeks of trying... insane matchmaking. Squad Battle I was easily beating legendary on at least 2 of each 4 choices... but now it feels like beyond world class. wtf is going on?
