He will be kind of predictable because you always tend to put it on his left. Everybody knows about his 2* WF and even the Outside Foot Trait can't cover up everything.I guess he will not shine as bright as if he was playing on the wings.

It will take 10-30 seconds (or any interruption like a throw-in) for the players to change the system. Don't be confused if some of your players are running out of position or across the pitch.
