We all have the same issues no matter from which country, i'm from Germany and only can experience good gameplay from 2am-6am weekdays. Maybe i've no 2sec button delay, but the game feels awful, sluggish and your players can't touch a ball without falling to the ground and this is 95% of the time and if so the skillgap is just being removed from the game. Its just not fun to play.
