It depends on your playstyle, if you're just a counterplayer lenghty is better, if you play more possession and slow build up dribbling is more important.

We all have the same issues no matter from which country, i'm from Germany and only can experience good gameplay from 2am-6am weekdays. Maybe i've no 2sec button delay, but the game feels awful, sluggish and your players can't touch a ball without falling to the ground and this is 95% of the time and if so the skillgap is just being removed from the game. Its just not fun to play.
